No mouthpiece is included with this horn. Both snaps work but one snap needs a new spring. The outer edges are worn somewhat but the inside is nice original and clean. It is an "Olds" case and is quite old but sturdy. We will either adjust it at our cost, ship you a different horn or give you a full refund!Ī case is included as pictured.
